ORDINANCE CREATING A NEW ZONE DISTRICT, ENTITLED “THE RESIDENTIAL CLUSTER –
RC ZONE”, WITH STANDARDS PERTINENT THERETO, AMENDING CHAPTER XXI “ZONING
REGULATIONS” OF THE LAND USE ORDINANCE OF THE Ordinance
12-2007 was referred to the Planning Board for review.
It was posted on the Municipal bulletin board, published in the Daily
Record on September 4, 2007 and notices were sent to the Morris County Planning
Board, to adjoining municipalities and to the owners of property located within
