Mendham Township Ordinances require the licensing of DOGS and CATS.  In addition to licensing your pets in person at Township Hall during normal business hours, pet licenses may be processed through the mail by providing the information on the form below.

Enclose Proof of Rabies Vaccination that must indicate an expiration date after November 1^st of licensing year.  Also include proof of neuter/spay (if applicable) stating date of procedure.

        $8.00 for neutered/spayed pets

        $11.00 for non-neutered/spayed pets

         $ 2.00 late fee after January 31^st for RENEWALS ONLY
