MINUTES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MENDHAM PLANNING BOARD

REGULAR MEETING HELD JANUARY 18, 2006

Chairman Giordano called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and asked for roll call.  Upon roll call: 

ROLL CALL 

PRESENT:                  Mayor Krieg, Mr. Pierson, Mr. D’Emidio, Chairman Giordano

ABSENT:                     Mr. Tolley, Mrs. Link Mr. Mountain, Mr. Johnson

Others present:           Ed Buzak, Esq.

The Chairman led the flag salute and announced that adequate notice of the meeting had been given.

APPLICATIONS 

PB-05-04; MILLWARD, Andrew and Melissa; Minor Subdivision; Block 124, Lots 6, 7, & 8; Application was carried to the February 6, 2006 meeting without need for further notice. 

PB-05-01; MARTIRANO, Michael and Vita/GREEN VIEW ESTATES; Preliminary Major Subdivision; Block 123, Lot Nos. 24, 25, 33, 34, 36 Mendham Twp; Block 227, Lot No. 72; Application was carried to the February 6, 2006, meeting without need for further notice. 

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:34 p.m. was made and seconded; all agreed.
