Garbage is collected once a week using Recycle Track Systems (RTS), a private contractor. Township residents pay only for the amount of garbage they produce. The hauler’s overhead costs are paid by contract through municipal taxes. You pay a sticker fee to cover the cost of disposal at the Morris County Transfer Station.

RTS also provides Recycling Pickup every Thursday! Please flatten all corrugated cardboard and empty and rinse all containers.  Residents should also note that cardboard beer and soda packs are recyclable as well as aluminum pie plates, trays and foil.
