Tires, Batteries and Oil Recycling Program Change Release Date: July 20, 2010
Effective this month residents may now recycle tires, batteries and oil any time during the year at the Public Works Garage.
Interested residents should contact the Public Works department at (973) 543-4509 to schedule an appointment for drop-off. The fall collection date for these recyclables has been cancelled in lieu of this new program.
Location: DPW Garage, 20 Mount Pleasant Road.
Fee for Disposal: tires-$3.50, tires with rims-$6.00, batteries, $1.00, oil-no charge.
