Applicants:

Your application will be DATED WHEN RECEIVED. This office has 20 working days to review your proposal at which time survey, plans, applications will be approved or denied. Any prior approvals needed by this office (Board of Health, Township Engineer etc.) must be given to us before any permits can be issued. Your attention in the preparation of your application will have a direct bearing on how quickly the permit is issued. Missing information, signatures etc. will delay the review. Omissions that you are notified of will stop the clock on the 20-day to issue rule.

THE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT WILL ISSUE ONCE PRIOR APPROVALS ARE RECEIVED AND THE FEES ARE PAID.
