MINUTES-MENDHAM TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD
REGULAR MEETING – DECEMBER 18, 2002

The meeting of the Mendham Township Planning Board was called to order by Mr. Giordano at 7:35 p.m.   The secretary called the roll.

ROLL CALL:

Present:  Mr. Giordano, Mr. Tolley, Mayor Porter, Mr. D’Emidio,

Mrs. Kinsel, Mr. Mountain, Mr. Timpson, Alt. 2

Absent:  Mr. Buchanan, Mr. Majorossy, Alt. 1

Also Present:  Mr. Falcon, Attorney; Mr. Kimball, Planner; Mr. Aubin, Environmentalist; Mr. Balut, Engineer

SALUTE TO THE FLAG

ADEQUATE NOTICE OF MEETING of the Mendham Township Planning Board was given as follows:  Notice was sent to the Daily Record and the Observer Tribune on January 4, 2002 .  Notice was posted on the bulletin board in the Township Hall in Brookside , New Jersey on January 4, 2002 , and Notice was filed with the Township Clerk on January 4, 2002 .

MINUTES – November 18, 2002 , resubmit January 15, 2003

LOVECCHIO – Memorializing Resolution PB-02-23 for Minor Subdivision approval and Lot Line Adjustment between Lovecchio and White. Mr. Falcon reviewed the resolution with the Board.  Mayor Porter made a motion to accept, Mrs. Kinsel seconded, vote all aye.

BOARD OF EDUCATION – Resolution PB-02-24 concerning review of capital projects.  Mr. Tolley stressed the importance of providing a fire lane as noted by Mr. Betz as stated in his letter of December 2, 2002 . Mr. Mountain made a motion to approve, Mayor Porter seconded, vote all aye.

RUSSELL BUCHANAN – A Resolution will be prepared for a vote on January 2, 2003 , honoring Mr. Buchanan for his lengthy service to the Township.

VON POELNITZ

Mr. Wyssling, engineer for the applicant, and Mr. Von Poelnitz introduced themselves.  Mr. Wyssling indicated the reason for their appearance was to seek completeness and to set a date for a hearing.

ADJOURN

There being no further business, a motion was made to adjourn the meeting.  The motion was seconded, all aye, and the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
